A Haitian migrant charged with triple murder in Fayetteville, North Carolina, who allegedly killed several members of his family last week, had come to the U.S. as part of former President Biden’s controversial migrant flights program, according to authorities.
The Fayetteville Police Department said that 26-year-old Mackendy Darbouze has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder for allegedly killing 77-year-old Beatrice Desir, as well as a 13-year-old and a 4-year-old. Police responded to a home at about 9 a.m. on Feb. 21 after receiving a report that a stabbing had occurred in a home. It took a murder rap for a New York City judge to lock up this dangerous accused career criminal.
Tony Harris — a Bronx man with over two dozen busts on his rap sheet — caught a break in June when he was freed without bail in a felony gun case, according to law enforcement sources and court records. Authorities said Harris, 62, was busted with two loaded guns and a massive stash of ammunition and drugs, court documents show. But apparently neither the terrifying allegations nor Harris’ lengthy rap sheet were enough for Judge Anna Mikhaleva, who released him without bail but under supervision, which included an ankle bracelet that would allow authorities to track him, sources said. Two alleged gang members in Georgia have been charged with the murder of a former high school soccer star who was killed by a stray bullet while working at a bar more than a year ago.
Tsion Clayton, 23, and Kimone Green, 21, were both charged with one count of malice murder on Tuesday for the killing of 21-year-old Brianna Long, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) said in a press release. The alleged killers were already in custody for unrelated cases when investigators identified them as the suspects in Long’s death and issued arrest warrants. Authorities said one suspect is being held in Georgia and the other in Florida. Long, a Valdosta State University student, was closing up at the Pier in Remerton — about 40 miles north of the Florida border — along with a male co-worker when a fight outside the bar led to gunfire around 2:30 a.m. Oct. 29, 2023. She was struck by a stray bullet inside the bar and was rushed to South Georgia Medical Center, where she died from her injuries. Her co-worker was also struck by a bullet but survived. Patrons were still outside the bar when the gunfire erupted, and stray bullets also struck several vehicles during the shooting. Mexican national hauled back to New York to face nearly two-decade-old child rape charges in Westchester
A Mexican national accused of raping a young girl in Westchester County two decades ago before fleeing to his home country was finally hauled back to the Empire State last week. Galo Herrera, 52, was picked up by Mexican authorities and shipped back to the US, where he was arraigned in Westchester County County Court Monday on multiple sex offenses involving the child, who was under the age of 13 at the time of the crime, according to the Westchester District Attorney’s Office. The alleged killer was seen sobbing and unable to stand on his own as a judge appointed him a capital defender, denied him bail, and told him he would be charged as an adult. A North Carolina teen was brought to tears, screaming in disbelief, and needed to be held up by court officers after he was told by a judge he would be charged as an adult for murder. An affirmative action racist black sex predator volleyball coach at the Ethical Culture Fieldston School allegedly groomed and repeatedly raped one of his players — and told her she was “just as much a villain as he was” during the years-long abuse, according to a shocking new lawsuit.
The abuse allegedly occurred on the campus of the elite Bronx private school, after volleyball practices, at the movies and at the girl’s home, and began when she was 17, she claimed. Now 36, the victim, identified in her Bronx Supreme Court filing only as Jane Doe, said she has suffered decades of depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress syndrome following the two years of abuse by former girls varsity coach Collin Henry. Once a high-performing student, the Westchester resident was forced to forego medical school because of the fallout, she contended in the suit, which was filed Thursday against Fieldston, Henry and former JV coach Lynford Foreman. A former Jamaican national volleyball team player in the 1990s, Henry, 55, was lauded for building a championship-winning program but “regularly crossed boundaries and made sexually inappropriate comments or acted flirtatiously with his players,” the victim said in court papers. The coach allegedly sent the girl sexual messages beginning in 2004, drove her to off-season practices for a club team in Queens and spent the long car rides “deliberately [eroding] the boundaries between coach and student with his sexual ‘jokes’ and personal stories,” according to the suit. Once she turned 17 in the spring of 2005, the married father allegedly told her she was “old enough” for a sexual relationship, and said he wouldn’t go to jail for it but could lose his job, according to the suit. After a summer of grooming the victim to “foster emotional dependence, encourage obedience, and establish his expectation for sexual contact” with her, the abuse became physical in the fall when Henry kissed her after a practice — then made her the team captain, she said in the legal filing. He allegedly groped and kissed her during a showing of the psychological thriller “The Quiet,” about a dad who abuses his teenage daughter, and forced her to perform oral sex during another movie outing, she said in court papers. When she turned 18, Henry allegedly began raping the girl, refusing to use a condom and telling her to “get through” the pain, she charged in the suit. As part of his alleged manipulation, Henry featured the girl in a book he wrote about coaching and would threaten that if the “relationship” was discovered it would jeopardize her shots at college, according to the filing. In late April 2006, while in history class, she received a text message from Henry saying he could no longer see her because his wife was pregnant — but the abuse continued anyway until her freshman year of college, according to the lawsuit. School staff was aware of the abuse and even gossiped and joked about it, she alleged. “Due to my mental health, I struggled to maintain a full-time job … and currently work as a warehouse associate,” she said. “However, I still wish to pursue a fulfilling career.” In July, she filed a complaint with the school detailing the abuse, addressing it to then-Head of School Joe Algrant and Upper School Principal Stacey Bobo. “I decided to report Henry and Foreman’s abuse to Fieldston to reclaim the power and control that had been stolen from me as a teenager and change the trajectory of my life, which had been defined for too long by the sexual abuse I endured,” she said. The $65,540-a-year Riverdale school, which boasts alumni including Barbara Walters, Sofia Coppola and Sean Ono Lennon, hired an outside law firm to investigate and fired Henry based on its preliminary findings, according to a spokesperson. In August, it sent an email to the school community about a “staffing update” related to Henry’s “misconduct” and termination, but didn’t mention the sexual abuse. |

PHOENIX - Phoenix Police announced the arrest of a man in connection with the murder of an 18-year-old woman, in what investigators called the department's oldest cold case homicide arrest.
What we know: The suspect was identified in the statement as 70-year-old Alfred Earl Green. According to police, Green was serving a prison sentence on an unrelated case when he was arrested. A Michigan woman accused of leaving three children to live alone for years in a house teeming with trash and feces was charged Wednesday with child abuse, five days after police opened the door and discovered stomach-turning filth.
Kelli Bryant, 34, was identified by Oakland County prosecutors Wednesday as the mother of the three children left to live in squalor in the suburban Detroit residence. She is in custody awaiting a court hearing. “These three kids were entrusted to the care of their mother … and the evidence suggests that she effectively abandoned them to a revolting pit of refuse and squalor,” said Karen McDonald, the Oakland County prosecutor in suburban Detroit. Posted by Arheel's Uncle BLACK Man Allegedly Murdered WHITE Girlfriend And MIXED-RACE 2-Year-Old Son Before Jumping Through Window  A 26-year-old New Hampshire man named Jevon Tyrese Fletcher was arrested for allegedly murdering his 19-year-old girlfriend, Hailey Miller, and his 2-year-old son. After allegedly stabbing both his girlfriend and son on Monday, February 17, Fletcher jumped through a second-floor window. According to WTNH, police arrived at an apartment complex on Meloy Road at around 9 p.m. They had received calls reporting screens and yelling coming from one of the units. Once police entered the apartment, they found both Miller and the toddler dead, reportedly stabbed to death. While they received the initial calls reporting the yelling, they also received reports of a man who had jumped through a window. Said man, Fletcher, was found on the walkway by police. He was transported to a local hospital to receive treatment and was released on Tuesday. Jevon Tyrese Fletcher was charged with two counts of murder, two counts of murder with special circumstances, and one count of risk of injury, according to the New Haven Registry. He is currently being held in lieu of a $3 million bond. Fletcher's next court date has been set for March 13, according to PEOPLE. |

A Texas teen accused of murder was released from police custody after his bond was drastically reduced from $800,000 to $100 per charge.
Stephon Martin Morson, 19, was released from the Travis County Jail in Austin, Texas, on Saturday after he posted bail. Morson is accused in the shooting death of 20-year-old Keshawn Cage, who police found with a gunshot wound to the head back in October. The Travis County Jail told Fox News Digital that Morson was booked on Nov. 6, 2024, and charged with murder and tamper/fabricate physical evidence. |
