Iowa โwill not back downโ after TRAITOR Biden administration threatens to sue if state arrests, deports ILLEGAL CRIMINAL INVDER 'migrants'
The Biden administration warned Republican Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds on Friday that legal action will be taken if it enforces a new law that allows authorities to arrest migrants who were previously denied entry or deported from the US โ as she and the state attorney general vow they โwill not back down.โ In a letter to the Hawkeye State governor, a Justice Department Deep State lackey official called the measure unconstitutional and gave the state a May 7 deadline to suspend enforcement of Senate File 2340, which Reynolds signed into law earlier this month. โSF 2340 is preempted by federal law and violates the United States Constitution,โ Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Brian Boynton wrote, according to the Des Moines Register. Iowaโs new law, which goes into effect on July 1, makes it an aggravated misdemeanor offense โ punishable by up to two years in prison โ for migrants to be in the Hawkeye State if they have outstanding deportation orders, were previously deported or were at one point barred from entering the US. The law elevates the crime to a felony offense if the personโs previous removal orders were related to misdemeanor convictions for drug crimes, crimes against people or any type of felony conviction. Police are barred from arresting suspected migrants in violation of the law at places of worship, schools or medical facilities. Arrested individuals may be allowed by a judge to leave the country and not face charges, according to the lawโs text. Convicted migrants could also be forcibly deported by judges. โThe only reason we had to pass this law is because the Biden Administration refuses to enforce the laws already on the books,โ Reynolds wrote on X, signaling that she has no plans to not enforce the new law. โI have a duty to protect the citizens of Iowa,โ she added. โUnlike the federal government, we will respect the rule of law and enforce it.โ |

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Terrifying moment shootout breaks out, leaving 4 WHITE law enforcement officers dead - ASSASINATED BY BLACK ASSASSIN 
Dramatic video has emerged of the moment a shootout broke out in North Carolina that slaughtered four WHITE law enforcement officers and wounded several others as they tried to serve a warrant on a BLACK felon. An agent with the US Marshals and three police officers were gunned down in a hail of bullets after the wanted suspect, Several neighbors managed to capture the terror as officers scrambled to seek cover and heavily-armed law enforcement started returning fire with snipers. In one video, a man could be heard begging for someone to unlock the door to a home as he filmed two armed officers hiding behind a car in his yard as they fired off a barrage of bullets. The officers could be heard repeatedly shouting for the man to get inside. Meanwhile, another clip showed a truck driver filming multiple officers fleeing and calling for those nearby to seek cover as gunfire rang out in the background. โShould we take cover?โ the man filming could be heard asking before jumping out of his truck. As he backed away to safety, officers could be seen rushing at least one injured colleague from the scene. The bloodshed โ the deadliest day for US law enforcement in a single incident since 2016 โ erupted as Marshals approached the home to serve Clark Hughes Jr with a warrant for possessing a firearm. The perp, who had a lengthy rap sheet, opened fire on the officers as they approached the home, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Johnny Jennings said. He was quickly shot dead in the front yard. A second person then started pumping bullets from inside the home and some of the officers who rushed to the scene to rescue the first wave of downed officers were wounded, Jennings added. After a three-hour standoff, two females eventually came out and were taken to a police station to be interviewed by detectives. Armored vehicles subsequently smashed into the home, ripping off windows and entire doorways that were left broken. The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction identified two of the task force officers killed as Sam Poloche and Alden Elliot. Both had been with the department for 14 years. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officer Joshua Eyer, who only just was named officer of the month for April, died several hours later at the hospital. Meanwhile, Thomas Meeks, a deputy US Marshal, was also killed in the attack. Asberry, 40, was convicted of kidnapping to commit a sex crime, kidnapping to commit robbery, forcible oral copulation, forcible rape and other charges related to a 2008 kidnapping and sexual assault of a teen, and a 2015 attack of a woman he followed into her home, prosecutors announced Monday. Both attacks occurred in Berkeley, and involved Asberry attacking strangers, authorities said. The guilty verdict โ which carries a life sentence โ came almost exactly three months after Asberry was acquitted of murder in the shooting death of Randhir Kaur, a 37-year-old UCSF dental student who was killed inside her? In that trial, Asberryโs defense attorney blamed an Antioch gang member who was found in possession of the murder weapon and was arrested later that year in connection with a different shooting. Asberry has been in jail since 2017, when he was charged with two sexual assaults in El Cerrito. The following year he was charged with killing Kaur, in what would be a recurring theme of prosecutors adding more and more charges onto his case. Black on trial for Murder in 2021 Fort Wayne shooting
A jury trial started Tuesday for a man accused of fatally shooting a Fort Wayne man, whom he allegedly bragged about killing over a drug deal.
Robert Dashon James, 36, was charged with murder, carrying a handgun without a license and a sentence enhancement for using a gun. If convicted on all charges, the South Bend man faces up to 91 years in prison. James is accused of killing Tremaine Junior Barnett, 27, on Nov. 5, 2021, on McClellan Street. Fort Wayne police found Barnett in the driverโs seat of a red Jeep with gunshot wounds to the head, according to a probable cause affidavit written by Detective Matthew Cline. Barnett died at Lutheran Hospital. His death was ruled a homicide and the cause of death was gunshot wounds. When he was killed, Barnett was on federal home detention and wearing an ankle bracelet, according to the affidavit. James was arrested by South Bend police, according to court documents, but his trial is being held before Allen Superior Court Judge David Zent. When police arrived on McClellan Street, Barnett was still wearing his seat belt, and officers found a tequila bottle in the front seat cup holder. Fingerprints on the bottle matched both Barnett and James, according to the affidavit. Crime Stoppers received a tip saying James killed Barnett over a drug deal and had been bragging about it. |

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A 17- year- old admits to four killings that happened when he was just 14.
Prosecutors have called Mikeem Thomas part of a ring of killers for hire. Thomas pleaded guilty Monday to four counts of involuntary manslaughter, several counts of felonious assault and robbery. In exchange, several other charges, including murder, were dropped. Thomas is accused of killing or taking part in the fatal shootings of Terrance North, Deontray Otis, and Donnell Steele in February 2021, as well as killing Davon Lipscomb in October 2020. Investigators told Local 12 at the time that Deontray Otis was not an intended target and that Donnell Steele was killed for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Thomas will serve between 31 years and 36.5 years in prison. |
BLACK Woman charged in double homicide pleads guilty to reduced murder charges
A woman charged with setting up a coupleโs late-2022 shooting deaths in central Toledo has entered guilty pleas to two murder counts in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
Camryn Chase, 23, of the 500 block of Leach Avenue, had been charged with two counts of complicity to aggravated murder and several other counts for the Nov. 11, 202s2, deaths of Brent Roscoe, 36, and Malinda Moore, 28, at a home in the 2700 block of Albion Street. Chase faces a mandatory life sentence when sentenced July 15 by Judge Ian English, who accepted her pleas Friday. The only uncertainty is when she will become eligible for parole. Police cited witness statements and cellular data in accusing Chase of arranging for the shootings by suspected killer Price Jones, 24. |

(Police arrest 3rd [Black] suspect in deadly Raleigh shooting
RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Police have arrested the third suspect connected with a deadly shooting that happened in Raleigh last weekend.
In a previous release, Raleigh police said they were searching for 26-year-old Noel Aldophus Matthews, who was allegedly involved in the shooting that left 21-year-old Darrell Travonne Willie Greene dead. Matthews was arrested without incident on Saturday and was charged with the murder of Greene. Leondra Montel Perry-Yarbrough, 21, has already been charged with murder in connection with the shooting. Yarbrough is being held at the Wake County Detention Center. Darius Harris-Allen, 26, has also been charged with murder in connection with Greene's death. OSWEGO โ A Syracuse man and woman have been arraigned on murder charges in the death of an Oswego man who police say was fatally shot during an argument.
Police had already announced the arrest of Jaiwann D. Watson, 21, Friday and said he was accused of fatally shooting 31-year-old Nathan C. Goodway late Thursday at a house in the city of Oswego before fleeing. Police said they had arrested a second suspect, but did not name her. The second suspect was later identified as Aria D. Joseph, 21. Both were held awaiting arraignment in Oswego County Centralized Arraignment Part Court at the Public Safety Building in Oswego. |
Teen arrested in Rathdrum for Las Vegas murder
RATHDRUM โ Police arrested a teen in Rathdrum early Saturday morning in connection with the shooting death of another teen in Las Vegas earlier this month, according to the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office.
Lennix M. Dockery, 18, of Las Vegas, was arrested on a homicide warrant out of Nevada. He was located at a residence in the 15100 block of N. McCartney Street in Rathdrum and booked into the Kootenai County jail. Undersheriff Brett Nelson confirmed Saturday that the warrant is related to the April 9 apartment complex shooting in Las Vegas that left 16-year-old AhโSioni Henderson dead. Fox 5 Vegas reported that two other suspects have been arrested in the case: 18-year-old DeAjai Guaydacan and a 17-year-old suspect who has not been publicly named. |

VERO BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) โ A Vero Beach man wanted in connection with a Friday night shooting in Miami was arrested over the weekend, less than a day after he returned to Indian River County, the Sheriffโs Office reported.
Leequan Jackson was taken into custody Saturday afternoon and was booked into the Indian River County jail on counts of attempted murder and tampering with victims, according to the statement announcing his arrest. Deputies and detectives were on the lookout for Jackson, 26, as he returned to his home county, the Sheriffโs Office stated. They had been given a heads up that he had allegedly crossed state lines in a stolen vehicle. |

Authorities late Friday released new photos of the suspect who allegedly shot and killed Chicago Police Officer Luis Huesca as they pleaded for anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.
In a community alert at 10:51 p.m., Chicago police said an arrest warrant had been issued for Xavier Tate Jr., 22, who was wanted in connection with Huesca's murder. Earlier on Friday, a judge signed charging documents and the warrant for Tate, according to filings published with the Circuit Court of Cook County. According to court records, the 22-year-old used a 40-caliber handgun to fatally shoot Huesca, who was found with multiple gunshot wounds early Sunday morning near his Gage Park home. Police discovered the fellow officer, who had been shot in the face, after responding to a ShotSpotter alert at 2:53 a.m. near West 56th Street and South Kedzie Avenue, according to a police report. |

Miami police officers arrested Antwoinse Lachaveia Clark and Fredericka Sherice Pickett-Wilson and correctional officers booked them at about 5:50 p.m., on Friday. Clark, 36, and Pickett-Wilson, 29, appeared in court on Saturday. They were both facing a charge of second-degree murder. The mother had initially told cops she found the girl cold and not breathing inside a closet in their 12th-floor unit on East 165th Street, sources said at the time. Eason-Kumar claimed she tried to administer CPR, but Jalayah would not wake up, cops said. EMS arrived 15 minutes later and rushed the girl โ who had obvious bruising and trauma on her wrists and torso โ to Lincoln Medical Center, but she couldnโt be saved. According to a release from the U.S. Attorney's Office, Western District of Oklahoma, Tevin Terrell Semien, 29, and co-defendant Nicole Leigh Logsdon, 24, were indicted for the May 2023 murder of 68-year-old Karon "Dinkers" Conneywerdy Smith. Semien admitted to officers that he "agreed" to kill Smith and went to her home and "bludgeoned" Smith to death "with a brick, put her body in the trunk of her vehicle, and disposed of her body in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge," the affidavit said. Semien also admitted to law enforcement that his girlfriend requested that he murder her relative, Smith, because the pair allegedly had a falling out. |

Surveillance video captured Galligan approaching the students just moments before they scattered and started screaming, โStranger danger.โ Galligan allegedly grabbed hold of one of the children but lost his grip when he tripped on a white blanket he had been carrying, according to the police report. The nearly abducted child later told cops the alleged perp had white powder smeared on his face and smelled of alcohol. Galligan quickly fled, but cops later tracked him down to a nearby Walgreens, where he was arrested and charged with one count of attempted kidnapping. That includes an April 17 attack on a 27-year-old administrator at New York University, who was slugged in the face while walking through Washington Square Park around 10:30 a.m., according to police. The NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating, although details werenโt released. Armstead is also being charged in seven other attacks this year. The violent spree began on Feb. 12, when police said Armstead allegedly walked up to a 30-year-old woman on Elizabeth Street around 11:50 a.m. and punched her without warning, then fled. On March 24, he allegedly attacked a 30-year-old woman on Delancey Street around 2 a.m., hitting the victim in the back of the head as she turned. He then ran away. The following day, Armstead is charged with punching a 36-year-old woman in the back as she walked at Chrystie and Rivington streets around 10:15 a.m., police said. Paige Lawyer was arrested outside of Nashville, Tenn. around 7 p.m. Sunday, according to jail records. It wasn't immediately clear how long it would take to return him to Tarrant County. The 37-year-old was already facing charges of assault-family violence and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in which Otishae Womack, 30, was the victim, court documents said. Womack and her daughter, Kamyria, were found dead at their apartment in the 200 block of Shady Lane Drive in the Woodhaven area Friday. Police said Lawyer will face a capital murder charge. In the previous cases involving Lawyer and Womack, which are still active, he was accused of assaulting her with his car and choking her, according to the court documents. Womack's daughter attended Morningside Elementary School in Fort Worth, the school district confirmed. โWe are extremely saddened by this tragic event and we will do all we can to assist students, faculty and parents affected by this tragedy," Fort Worth school district spokesman Clint Bond said in a statement. Barbour was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds in the backseat of his car in Morrisville on Nov. 13 after disappearing for weeks. He had been reported missing from Durham, North Carolina, on Oct. 23. On Friday, April 19, Durham police said three men and one woman were charged in connection with Barbourโs murder, which police said happened in October. Photos were provided of the three men.

But he did not, they said. On Aug. 27, 2021, Brown, four months shy of his 15th birthday, spotted and followed Rolando Rivera. On Third Street near Rodney Park in the cityโs southwest, Brown ran up behind the unarmed 23-year-old Lancaster man and shot him twice in the head from several feet away with a 9mm handgun. As Rivera fell to the street, Brown shot Rivera four more times in the back, then ran off. Police quickly identified Brown from past contacts with him, including arrests for robbery, drugs, theft, assault and firing a gun into a house filled with six people in 2020. |

LADSON, S.C. (WCIV) โ An arrest has been made in connection with the man found dead inside a burnt vehicle in Ladson last week.
Brandon Eric Steplight, 19, is charged with arson in the first degree and desecration of human remains. He was booked at the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center on April 19, according to jail records. The Charleston County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) apprehended Steplight in connection with the death of 20-year-old Omarion Brown. Brown was found dead on April 13 inside a vehicle that had been set on fire. Deputies who responded to the vehicle fire discovered Brown's body after they extinguished the flames. The vehicle belonged to Brown. According to the CCSO, Brown was shot to death before he was set on fire. Steplight is suspected of participating in Brown's murder and attempting to cover it up. Deputies say video evidence shows Steplight purchasing gasoline, which he pumped into a gas can before following Brown's vehicle to the scene of the crime. |

A suspect in a 1988 California murder case was arrested this past week in Gainesville.
A social media post by the Santa Maria, California Police Department Friday said Aloysius Winthrop James, age 57, was arrested at his residence in Gainesville Tuesday. James is being charged with murder in the September 18, 1988 death of then-30-year-old Ofelia Sandoval, who was found dead in a hotel in Santa Maria.s "In 1988, the SMPD Detective Bureau responded to this incident and took over the investigation. This investigation eventually grew cold but remained open," Friday's social media post said. "Over the last several years detectives have continued to diligently work on this case that subsequently led to an arrest warrant for murder being issued for 57-year-old Gainesville, GA resident Aloysius Winthrop James." Authorities have not released how long James is believed to have lived in Gainesville or Northeast Georgia. He is being held in the Hall County Jail without bond awaiting extradition back to California as of Saturday morning. Santa Maria police officials say they believe James may be involved with other sexual abuse, domestic violence, or other crime cases. NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans police have arrested Brian Anthony Clark in connection with the attempted murder of two people struck by a truck on Canal Street in Mid-City early Saturday (April 20).
Authorities had previously obtained an arrest warrant for Clark, who is alleged to have intentionally used a stolen red 2023 Ford F-150 to run over the victims. The incident occurred around 7:37 a.m. near 1915 Canal Street, where Mid-City Automotive, Towing and Collision is located. Upon their arrival at the scene, officers found an adult male and an adult female both suffering from injuries after being struck by the vehicle. The victims were transported across the street for treatment at University Medical Center, though details on their conditions have not been disclosed. A tow yard employee tells Fox 8 the injured man also worked at the yard as a custodian. The worker says the man suffers a broken nose, broken ribs, a fractured cheekbone, and brain bleeding. A nearby child only narrowly escaped injury. The employee says Clark came to reclaim the truck, alongside a woman and a little girl. The employee says his company was called Friday night to tow the truck away from the Crescent Club on Tulane Avenue. The worker tells fox 8 he felt uneasy that Clark arrived wearing a face mask, but showed the man to the truck. |

He's scheduled to be sentenced on July 22, sources told CBS Philadelphia's Joe Holden. Siderio was fatally shot by Mendoza on March 1, 2022, after a chase in South Philadelphia. Mendoza and three other plainclothes officers in an unmarked car tried to stop Siderio and a 17-year-old near 18th and Barbara streets around 7:30 p.m. The officers claimed the 17-year-old had a stolen gun that was allegedly posted on Instagram a week before. Police alleged Siderio fired a gun at the officers in the car, shattering the rear window. Siderio and the 17-year-old ran in different directions and Mendoza chased Siderio on Barbara Street toward Moyamensing Avenue. Siderio ditched the gun during the chase, police said. Mendoza fired three shots at Siderio during the chase - one at 18th and Barbara streets and then another after Siderio discarded a gun, according to prosecutors. The third and fatal shot happened from "less than 10 feet away" into Siderio's back while he was "face down on the ground," according to a lawsuit filed by Siderio's family against the city and Mendoza. A homeless man with a lengthy rap sheet pummeled two boys selling candy inside a Manhattan train station Wednesday night in a botched robbery, officials and police sources said.
The two kids โ an 11-year-old and a 16-year-old โ were hawking the sweets inside the Broadway-Lafayette B/D/F/M station at around 6:30 p.m. when When the 16-year-old tried to get back his phone, Doris reportedly went ballistic โ punching the teen multiple times in the face, according to cops. 2 charged with murder, child abuse after Kansas child dies in 2023

The ex-con who allegedly boasted โI shoot peopleโ after a passenger in his car killed NYPD cop Jonathan Diller was arraigned Tuesday โ as new details were revealed in the case.

Jones has at least 14 arrests on his rap sheet, including for robbery, assault and attempted murder in a 2001 case in which he was accused of shooting a man three times. Rivera, 34, is also a seasoned criminal with 21 busts under his belt and spent five years in state prison on a drug conviction before he was released in 2021 and completed his parole in 2022. Diller, a married dad of a 1-year-old boy, was questioning Jones and Rivera after spotting Kia parked at a bus stop on Mott Avenue in Far Rockaway when he was shot below his bulletproof vest, according to police. โIโm shot!โโ Diller โ a 3-year NYPD veteran who was promoted to detective posthumously โ can be heard saying on bodycam video, a police source previously said. Over 1,000 African 'migrants' swarm NYCโs City Hall over supposed falsely promised green cards
About 1,300 African migrants gathered outside City Hall Tuesday morning hoping to appear at a hearing on the black experience in the city shelter system โ with some saying they were promised work visas or green cards if they showed.
Only 250 people were allowed inside for the 10 a.m. hearing, while the hundreds of others who flocked downtown were left outside in a park, where footage showed them chanting and cheering.
The crowd was mostly made up of new arrivals from Guinea, in West Africa, and were apparently drawn to City Hall by an activist group, a source told The Post. Dozens of migrants said theyโd been told by others in the community that they could get work visas or green cards if they showed up. โThey told me that they would help me to get a work permit and a green card if I came here today,โ Amadou Sara Bah, 44, who got to the US in November from Guinea, explained, adding he wouldnโt have come to City Hall just for the hearing. Bah said he was stressed about waiting for a work permit, which he applied for in March, noting it could take about five months to come through and he does not have a lawyer to speed up the process. By 12:30 p.m., he and his friends were still sitting on a bench near City Hall, but no one had offered to help them. โThere are many people here and we donโt know how to get the help they told us would be here,โ he told The Post. โI came here for a green card. The attack happened on Saturday at around 10:30 p.m. on 119th Street and Wilmington Avenue, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department investigators.
They say that the bus driver was driving his route when the suspect, identified as 31-year-old When he stopped the bus, the suspect "without provocation punched the victim in the facial area then proceeded to stab the victim in the chest," said a release from LASD.
